• Please note that return postage fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Easy return process: To initiate a return, simply email us at hello@mommabox.com with your order information and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. 

• Refund processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We offer a free delivery service to our customers - and standard shipping to all UK addresses. Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days and you can expect to receive your package within 3-5 working days.
